By Booking an appointment with MIRAH Medical Spa & Wellness, you agree to the following:

all clients must have a valid payment method on file and complete all required consent forms prior to treatment

A $100 booking fee is required to secure your appointment

The booking fee is applied toward your services at the time of treatment.
Cancellations or Rescheduling Policy
We Understand that schedules change. to respect our providers time and appointment availability:

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeit of the $100 booking fee.

No-call / no-show appointments will be subject to paying for full service at time of next booking or restricted from future bookings.
Refund Policy
